Returns + Exchanges

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

You can return your order* within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.
*No returns or exchanges will be given on final sale items.

All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all attachments such as hang tags. We cannot accept shoes sent back in damaged or taped boxes.

Returns must be accompanied by an original packing slip. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Due to our commitment to delivering the best experience to our customers, we reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

We ask that you please try on all footwear on a carpeted surface before use, to ensure that the item is not damaged and therefore still eligible for return prior to wear. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If any requested products are not in stock due to inventory availability, we will refund your original form of payment.
The product(s) you are exchanging must be returned to our return location within 10 days (20 days for international orders)of having received an exchange authorization or your exchange order will be cancelled and the replacement product will be back online. If any products are no longer in stock due to inventory changes, we will refund your original form of payment.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

EXCHANGE
We offer free return shipping for exchanges – limited to 1 time per order.

RETURN
The cost of your return shipping label, $15 will be deducted from your refund  (except Alaska and Hawaii.)
Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order, if applicable.

TO START A RETURN/ EXCHNAGE

1. Click Return Request

2. In the email field, enter your email address and then click Continue. Enter the six-digit verification code
that is sent to your email. 

3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then
select the item that you want to return.

4. Tell us the reason. For exchange, please select “Other” for the reason and tell us the replacement item you want
for exchange on the note section. 

5. Click Request Return. 

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instruction and a return shipping label. Please ship your return package within 5 business days after you receive your return label. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are not currently able to provide prepaid return labels for addresses outside the U.S.

EXCHANGE
We offer free replacement shipping excluding taxes, duties and custom fees.

RETURN
International customers are responsible for all return shipping charges including taxes, duties, and custom fees.

You are responsible for the returned product until it is delivered to us.
