Shipping Info

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of order acknowledgement. 

During holidays and peak season, there may be a slight delay in order processing ; your patience is greatly appreciated.
We will do our best to expedite the fulfillment of your order in order to get them to you as quickly as possible.

US domestic delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.
Standard shipments leave our warehouse in California within 2 business days and then typically takes between 2 to 5 business days to arrive.

Expedited orders are processed the same day for orders placed before 12 pm PST or the following day if placed after 12 pm PST and then typically arrive within 1-2 days.
Express delivery may not be available at some destination, and for those cities it may take an additional 1 day. Express delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 1-2 days.

international delivery

International shipping usually takes 7-14 days excluding order processing time (1-2 days). Please note that custom clearance procedures can delay
packages beyond our control. 

DUTIES AND TAXES
Chamula is not responsible for any foreign duties you may incur by having items shipped outside of the United States. The receiving party will always be responsible for additional duties and taxes to be collected by foreign governments and agencies. For more duties and tax information, please contact your local customs office.

missing, lost or stolen package

Chamula is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, if the address provided at checkout matches the address where the order was shipped and delivered to. We are not liable for the package after successful delivery. Misplaced packages are non-refundable.
Responsibility for any purchased items transfers to the purchaser at the time the shipment is accepted by the buyer or any other party who accepts the shipment at the shipping address provided by the purchaser.
